Coordinator’s role: Responsible for logistic coordination of Junior Competition.  Co-ordinate with assistance from the registrar, referee official and a subcommittee with a rep from each age group. The role is to guide and manage the leagues during the year, from leading the groups to guiding the volunteer coaches.

League time tables:

All leagues play games on Sundays excluding holidays

Under 7 & 9: don’t generally have an associated competition. The aim is to introduce young players to the game and the game of football. The emphasis is on having fun, inclusion and maximising the “ball at your feet” time. The one hour sessions are generally divided between skill learning and game playing. There is no additional training provided for the U7’s but last year the U9 coaches did organise some additional “fun” based coaching on Wednesday afternoons.

Under 12, 14 and 17: teams are generally formed within the first 3 weeks from the season starting. This is in an effort to assure a competitive season with evenly skilled teams.  This year the association will aim to offer pre-season scratch matches which will both serve as a team selection and “new player taster” platform. There will be coaching sessions on Wednesdays.
